The aloe vera cream gel contains ingredients of plant origin such as pure aloe vera gel in 200-fold concentration, mimosa tenuiflora and bisabolol, which soothe the skin and reduce redness. It also has an anti-inflammatory effect, accelerates wound healing and supports the skin's natural regeneration process.

Active ingredients with a strong soothing and moisturising effect

Main active ingredient: aloe vera

The aloe vera used for this ingredient is cultivated in Mexico according to the principles of organic farming. The aloe vera gel obtained from the harvested leaves undergoes an initial reverse osmosis process, which concentrates it and removes water. A powder that is 200 times more concentrated than the original aloe vera gel is then obtained by spray drying. The effectiveness of the extract obtained is due to its high concentration of active ingredients, including the main polysaccharides (glucomannans, pectin and cellulose), phytosterols, amino acids, vitamins and minerals.

Synergy with mimosa and bisabolol

Active ingredients that work in synergy with aloe vera have been included in the formula: mimosa tenuiflora extract and bisabolol. These herbal ingredients strengthen and maximise the effects of the cream gel:

• Soothing, anti-irritant: it inhibits the production of prostaglandins that promote inflammation and reduces the symptoms of inflammation.
• Moisturising: It provides intensive moisture.
• Antioxidant: It inhibits the effect of free radicals.
• Regenerating: It stimulates the differentiation of keratinocytes and thus the regeneration of the skin.

Formulated as a cream gel using the E.O.P. method

The most common products for external use based on aloe vera are gel formulations, which consist mainly of water and are characterised by their ease of application and fresh skin feel, but do not remain on the skin for very long.

Our product, on the other hand, is a cream gel. An emulsion that is as light and fresh as a gel and has the same moisturising effect as a cream with oils. The skin is soothed and deeply moisturised. The cream gel leaves the skin feeling soft and silky and is ideal if the skin is particularly sensitive due to irritation, redness and mild sunburn. It soothes the pain, calms and cares for the skin.

Reddened and irritated skin

Reddened skin is a very common problem and the most common symptom of skin irritation. The redness is caused by a dilation of the blood vessels, which occurs as a result of skin inflammation. This is triggered by various factors:

• External influences: excessive sun exposure, air pollution, temperature fluctuations, diet (hot drinks, alcohol, spicy food);
• Taking medication: mainly vasodilators and antihypertensives;
• predisposition;
• Skin ageing: from the age of 25, the skin is generally more susceptible to redness.

Skin redness is usually a temporary and treatable symptom. To prevent it from getting worse and to reduce its frequency, some measures can be useful:

• Caring for the skin with special products that keep it optimally moisturised and drinking at least 2 litres of water a day;
• Avoid sun exposure during the midday hours and protect the skin with sunscreen;
• Do not shower too hot and use cleansing products that are gentle on the skin;
• Use soothing creams and gels that soothe irritation and have a moisturising effect (e.g. with aloe vera or calendula).
