Remifemin® vaginal moisturising cream, 50 G

Remifemin® Moisturising Cream is a vaginal cream with witch hazel water that relieves discomfort caused by dryness at the entrance to the vagina and in the external genital area.

Area of application

For complaints caused by dryness of the vagina and the external genital area (feeling of dryness, burning, pain during sexual intercourse or itching), e.g. during the menopause. Remifemin® Moisturising Cream physically supports the healing process for minor injuries that can occur in connection with the thinning and more vulnerable vaginal skin.

How to use

• Apply 1 x daily (preferably in the evening - before going to bed).
• Remifemin® Moisturising Cream is intended for use in the vagina and on the skin of the external genital area. Remifemin® Moisturising Cream can be used with the enclosed applicator or without an applicator. Care should be taken to ensure good hygiene in the intimate area and clean hands. If there is discomfort in the vaginal entrance and external genital area, the cream is applied and spread with a clean finger; a strip of cream approx. 0.5 cm long is sufficient. Applying a small amount of cream in the area of the vaginal entrance and the applicator opening can make it easier to insert the applicator. Remifemin® Moisturising Cream can be inserted into the vagina using the applicator. To do this, fill the applicator halfway (approx. 2.5 g cream), see also "Instructions for use". It should be applied once a day - preferably before going to bed (use a panty liner if necessary). Once the symptoms have improved, Remifemin® Moisturising Cream can be applied less frequently.
• Notes: Please take a break of at least two days after 30 consecutive days of use at the latest. The cream can also be used immediately before sexual intercourse. It is not necessary to interrupt use during menstruation. During pregnancy, Remifemin® Moisturising Cream can be used without an applicator (see instructions for use during pregnancy).

Instructions for use with applicator:

• Loosen the applicator plunger so that it can move in the applicator tube
• Hold the tube opening upwards, screw the applicator onto the tube opening
• Fill the applicator tube halfway with cream (approx. 2.5 g cream) by applying light, even pressure to the tube.
• Unscrew the applicator from the tube
• The applicator can be inserted into the vagina in a lying (supine) or standing position (as when inserting a tampon). The applicator is carefully inserted as deeply as possible into the vagina: the applicator is emptied by pressing on the plunger (see illustration).
• After use, clean the applicator as follows: Press the spherical end of the applicator plunger firmly onto a firm surface. This separates the plunger from the applicator tube. Then clean the plunger and applicator tube separately with warm water.

Ingredients

Composition: Aqua, octyldodecanol, cetearyl alcohol, polysorbate 60, hamamelis virginiana water, cetyl palmitate, sorbitan stearate, sodium lactate, benzyl alcohol, lactic acid. Remifemin® Moisturising Cream contains neither colourants nor fragrances.
