In spring, the birch transports around 70 litres of water every day from the roots to the crown of the tree so that the birch's branches and leaves can sprout. How to use

Recommended daily dose: 30 ml once a day (measuring jug enclosed). Best taken in the morning or before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount
