Directions for use
- Adults and adolescents aged 15 and over: take 1 capsule twice a week with a meal.
- Advice: If you are taking anticoagulants (blood clotting inhibitors) of the coumarin type at the same time, you should only take vitamin K2 after consulting a doctor, as it can affect the anticoagulant properties.
