Directions for use
Pour boiling water over 1 infusion bag for 1-2 cups (250 ml) and leave to infuse for 7-10 minutes, swirling occasionally. Allow to cool to drinking temperature for your baby. Depending on age, give 20 - 100 ml daily throughout the day. The rest of the tea is also good for mum.
