Good sleep is beneficial and important for our health. Relaxation and a good night's sleep are essential in order to be able to cope with everyday life feeling fresh and rested. Sufficient sleep is also essential for our immune system. The immune system works most effectively when it is at rest, as it can concentrate fully on fighting off pathogens. Many people do not always sleep as undisturbed as they would like. Excitement, the hectic pace of everyday life, stress, tension and racing thoughts are often triggers for sleep problems. However, sleep problems vary greatly from person to person.

Some people find it difficult to fall asleep, others have a light, restless and non-restorative sleep. The majority of those affected wake up frequently during the night because they simply cannot find rest.

It is often a combination of all of these. The result: the next morning you feel tired, stressed and exhausted. If the problems persist, the lack of sleep can have a long-term negative effect on the immune system and increase susceptibility to illness.

We have developed Nachtruh intens immune with the special 3-phase tablet and the combination of plant extracts, 1.9 mg melatonin and various vitamins and minerals for restful sleep and targeted strengthening of the immune system. Without habituation effect!

The special composition ensures a triple effect throughout the night by releasing melatonin for up to 8 hours:

The special tablet dissolves in 3 phases with a time delay:

Immediate phase: The immediate phase with melatonin and ashwagandha dissolves quickly.
Depot phase: The depot phase with melatonin and valerian extract dissolves in a long-lasting, controlled and delayed manner, up to 8 hours.
Chrono phase: The chrono phase with vitamin C and vitamin D, zinc and selenium dissolves continuously.

¹Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. The positive effect of melatonin occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed. Ashwagandha supports falling asleep. ² Valerian helps you sleep through the night. ³ Vitamin C and vitamin D, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Directions

Swallow 1 tablet daily unchewed with a little liquid 30 minutes before going to bed.
Advice: The consumption of other food supplements containing zinc and selenium should be avoided. Not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers, children and adolescents. After taking the product, the ability to participate in road traffic may be restricted.

Ingredients: Bulking agents (cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, calcium phosphates, hydroxypropylcellulose), valerian root extract (5-6:1), ashwagandha root and leaf extract (40:1), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), echinacea pressed juice powder, maltodextrin, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose), colouring iron oxides and iron hydroxides, zinc oxide, coating agents (ethylcellulose, polyethylene glycol), melatonin, sodium selenate, cholecalciferol (vitamin 03).
