3 phases - Nachtruh Forte 3-phase tablets

Immediate phase - The special formula in the 1st phase quickly releases melatonin, valerian extract and vitamin B6 in the body.
Chrono phase - The ingredients contained in the 2nd phase, hawthorn extract and lemon balm extract, calm the body overnight and enable restful, peaceful sleep.
Depot phase - The special composition of the 3rd phase ensures a long-lasting, controlled, delayed release of melatonin and the ingredients from passion flower extract for up to 8 hours.

¹ Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. Valerian and lemon balm promote falling asleep.
