The NICApur NicaLact cura® 90 capsules are a food supplement with ten defined lactobacteria strains in high concentration as well as inulin from chicory root and are suitable for long-term intake.

The intestine is a 5.5 to 7.5 metre long tube with a surface area of 32 m2. This corresponds to the size of a football pitch. It harbours around 100 trillion bacteria with which we live in a symbiotic relationship. These microorganisms form the so-called "intestinal flora". Lactobacteria and bifidobacteria are particularly common. As a multi-strain product, NicaLact cura® 90 supplies 10 strains of bacteria capable of reproduction. With 5 billion colony-forming units (CFU) per daily dose, they supplement the diversity in the intestine.

NicaLact cura® 90 is a multi-strain preparation in capsule form that supplies the intestine with ten defined bacterial strains in a high concentration of five billion colony-forming bacteria. NicaLact cura® 90 can be taken as a cure - for example as part of a spring cure - as well as on a long-term basis.

Directions

Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid approx. 30 minutes before a meal. If taking antibiotics at the same time, an interval of 2-3 hours is recommended.
