Lacto- and bifidobacteria are part of our intestinal flora. With ten defined strains and six billion reproducible units per daily dose (2 capsules), NicaLact® Biotik is happy to go travelling with you or accompany you when you feel the need for more. Intestinal bacteria love dietary fibre: Soluble dietary fibre, which is primarily found in plant-based foods, is broken down by the bacteria in the large intestine and serves as food for them to feel good all round. The NicaLact® Biotik combination is rounded off by the dietary fibre inulin from chicory root.

Directions

Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid approx. 30 minutes before a meal. If more is required: Take one capsule twice a day with plenty of liquid before a meal. It is recommended to take the capsules two to three hours after taking antibiotics.

Ingredients: Lacto- and bifidobacteria powder, inulin from chicory root, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), bulking agent: cellulose powder.
