Multi-Gyn® effervescent tablets are used to prepare a pH-optimised, bioactive vaginal wash solution. With the 2QR complex, they support the natural vaginal flora, relieve symptoms such as itching and promote a healthy vaginal environment.
When dissolved in lukewarm water, the Multi-Gyn effervescent tablets produce a mild wash solution for the Multi-Gyn vaginal douche. The concentrated effervescent tablets contain natural ingredients.

Directions for use
To prepare a bioactive vaginal wash solution, break up one effervescent tablet and dissolve it in approx. 250ml of warm water.
- Fill the Multi-Gyn vaginal douche to the top of the ridges with lukewarm water.
- Break up a Multi-Gyn effervescent tablet and add it to the water.
- Screw the applicator onto the bottle and wait until the Multi-Gyn effervescent tablet has completely dissolved and is no longer fizzing.
- Gently insert the applicator into the vagina.
- Gently squeeze the bottle to cleanse the vagina with the douche solution. It is normal for some liquid (up to half a bottle) to remain in the vaginal douche*.
- Unscrew the applicator from the bottle and rinse it thoroughly with warm water. Leave it to air-dry (preferably in a dry place).
*This amount of liquid is sufficient to rinse the vagina. If you wish to rinse the vagina again with the remaining liquid, unscrew the applicator from the bottle so that the bottle returns to its original shape, and continue from step 4.
