Hypersensitive teeth are a common problem that affects around 80% of all adults at some point. The teeth react sensitively to cold, heat, acids, sweets or pressure. The frequency of attacks increases with age and can be attributed to the general increase in exposed tooth necks due to gum disease, abrasion by toothbrushes or cyclical stress on the thin enamel near the enamel-cement interface.
The innovative active ingredient in mirasensitiv Hap+ "NovaMin®" uses natural nanoparticulate minerals and the build-up of natural analogue enamel (hydroxyl carbonapatite) to permanently close the open dentin canals and thus prevent stimulation of the dental nerves. It has been possible to dispense with conventional chemical and physical inhalants, such as strontium chloride and calcium oxalate, which only achieve a temporary reduction in pain by anaesthetising the dental nerves or by blocking the dentinal canals.
Application:
Sensitivity reduction: Use once a day for 7-14 days (pea-sized amount) after normal tooth brushing with the usual toothpaste until the pain subsides (mirasensitiv hap+ can also be used instead of the usual toothpaste for the first 2 weeks). Then use once a week. If the hypersensitivity reoccurs, apply again daily.
For remineralisation: (1 or 2 x) a pea-sized piece daily in addition to normal tooth cleaning.
50ml/60g tube content lasts for approx. 6 months if used correctly.Do not rinse after brushing, just spit out.
