Laxogol is a laxative for the treatment of chronic constipation. Not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age, Macrogol 3350 softens your stools and allows for easier passage, relieving you of constipation. The electrolytes (salts) help to maintain the body's normal levels of sodium, potassium and water while your constipation is being treated.

Directions for use
Adults, children (12 years and older) and elderly patients: The usual dose for constipation is 1 sachet 1 to 3 times daily. Preparing the solution: Open the sachet and pour the contents into a glass. Add approx. 125 ml of water. Stir until the powder has dissolved and then drink the solution. Duration of use: The duration of use for constipation should not normally exceed 2 weeks.
Ingredients
The active ingredients per sachet are: Macrogol 3350 (polyethylene glycol 3350) 13.125 g, sodium chloride 0.3507 g, sodium hydrogen carbonate 0.1785 g, potassium chloride 0.0466 g. The other ingredients are: Highly dispersed silicon dioxide, saccharin sodium, orange flavouring (orange flavouring contains: Flavourings and flavouring extracts, maltodextrin, gum arabic, alpha-tocopherol) and lemon-lime flavouring (lemon-lime flavouring contains: Flavouring extracts, maltodextrin, mannitol (E421), D-glucono-1,5-lactone, sorbitol (E420), gum arabic, highly dispersed silicon dioxide).
