Magnesium Diasporal® lozenges are a mineral supplement containing the active ingredient magnesium citrate. Magnesium Diasporal lozenges are used to treat and prevent magnesium deficiency.
Signs of a severe magnesium deficiency may include symptoms affecting the nervous system and muscles (tremors, muscle cramps, painful spasms) as well as changes in personality.

Directions for use
- The recommended dose is for adults: 1 lozenge 3–4 times a day. There is no experience regarding use in children and adolescents.
- Method of administration: For use in the mouth (to be sucked). Magnesium Diasporal lozenges are best taken before meals. However, they may also be chewed.
- Duration of use: The duration of use depends on the severity of the magnesium deficiency and should be determined by a doctor.
Ingredients
- The active ingredient is: magnesium citrate. 1 lozenge contains 610 mg of magnesium citrate (anhydrous), equivalent to 98.6 mg of magnesium (4 mmol, 8 mval).
- The other ingredients are: sucrose, sodium saccharin, citric acid, cellulose powder, calcium stearate, xanthan gum, orange flavouring, purified water.
