How to use

Insert the earplugs into your ear canal before going to bed. Pull the pinna slightly upwards and insert the earplug into your ear with the other hand until it is firmly in place. The soft removal tab makes it particularly easy to remove. Do not insert the earplug too deeply into the ear. Incorrect insertion, improper use or failure to follow the instructions in the user manual will reduce the effectiveness of the sound insulation, increase the risk of hearing damage and shorten the life of the reusable earplugs.

1. Pull your ear slightly upwards and insert the earplugs.
2. Insert the earplug into your ear canal (not too deep).
3. The oval shape should follow your ear canal.
