The MELATONIN+ strips (tongue strips) are unique in their application: Applied to the back of the tongue, they dissolve quickly and can therefore be absorbed directly by the saliva. Why is sleep so important?

How to use

Adults take one strip (tongue strip) 30 minutes before going to bed. Allow at least 6 hours of sleep afterwards.
Advice: People who have long-term sleep problems, are taking medication, have chronic illnesses or are taking other sleeping pills, are pregnant, want to become pregnant or are breastfeeding should consult their doctor before taking this product. Do not drive or operate machinery while taking melatonin. Do not consume alcohol when taking this product. Avoid taking it if you are sensitive to the ingredients.
