Espara Melatonin 5 mg capsules are a food supplement containing melatonin in combination with hops and lemon balm. Melatonin helps to alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag.
For this purpose, melatonin must be taken shortly before going to bed on the first day of travelling and also before going to bed for the first few days after arriving at the destination. Hops and lemon balm are characterised by their calming and relaxing properties.

- Adults: Take 1 capsule with liquid before going to bed.
- Advice: Do not use food supplements containing melatonin on a permanent basis. Sensitive people (children/adolescents, asthmatics, pregnant women/breastfeeding mothers, people with inflammatory diseases or personality disorders and people taking medication) should only use them after consulting a doctor.

- Ingredients: Filler microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose*, lemon balm extract (15.15)%, hop extract (hop extract, carrier maltodextrin) (15.15%), melatonin (1.52%). *Vegetable capsule shell.
- Composition per daily dose (1 capsule): 5 mg melatonin, 50 mg hop extract (min. 4% flavones), 50 mg lemon balm extract (min. 3% rosmarinic acid).
