How to use
- Before inserting the diaphragm, put approx. one teaspoon (approx. 4ml) of Contragel®green into the diaphragm. Please also follow the instructions for use for your diaphragm.
- Note: Contragel® green does not offer any protection against sexually transmitted diseases. Contragel® green used without a diaphragm does not offer any contraceptive protection. Contragel® green is water-soluble and compatible with condoms made of natural rubber or polyurethane.
