Hova® film-coated tablets, 30 ST

The sufficiently high dosage has a rapid effect and is well tolerated. Taken in the evening, Hova® promotes falling asleep and staying asleep. During the day, Hova® has a calming effect for greater serenity.

When are Hova film-coated tablets used?

• For nervousness-induced difficulties falling asleep and staying asleep.
• For restlessness and nervousness.

How to use

The film-coated tablets should be taken whole with a little liquid. A natural

valerian odour is typical of this herbal medicine.

For nervous sleep disorders:

• Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over: 2 film-coated tablets half an hour before going to bed.
• Children aged 6-12 years (if recommended by a doctor): 1 film-coated tablet half an hour beforebedtime.

For restlessness, nervousness and anxiety:

• Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over: 1 film-coated tablet 1-3 times a day.
• Children aged 6-12 years (if recommended by a doctor): 1-2 times daily 1 film-coated tablet.

There is insufficient experience for use in children under 6 years of age.

Duration of use

Hova film-coated tablets work best when used for 2 to 4 weeks. Ifused as directed, there is no risk of habituation and no impairment of performance the next day. If the symptoms persist or if the expected results are not achieved, a doctor's consultation is required as soon as possible.

Ingredients

The active ingredients are: 200.2 mg dry extract of Valerinae radix(valerian root extract 4 - 7 : 1), extractant: ethanol 70 % v/v, 45.5 mg dry extract ofLupuli flos (hop cone extract 4 - 8 : 1), extractant: methanol 40 % v/v.

The other ingredients are Glucose syrup (dried), maltodextrin, highly dispersedsilicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, lactose, methyl hydroxypropyl cellulose, titanium dioxide E 171, polyethylene glycol 4000, quinoline yellow E 104 lacquered with aluminium hydroxide, indigotine E 132 lacquered with aluminium hydroxide, polyethylene glycol 6000.
