Health, family & co:

The term health refers to a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, which does not only include the absence of disease or infirmity. Even if you consider yourself to be healthy, factors such as nutritional deficiencies, an unhealthy diet, stress, environmental factors, etc. can gradually make you ill over a longer period of time. It is therefore important to recognise the symptoms or take preventative treatment.

There are simple examples of this, such as

  • Before spending time in the sun, applying sun protection products.
  • Taking vitamin C, zinc or immune cistus juice as a preventative measure during the flu and cold season.
  • Teas or essential oils can help with colds, stress and inner restlessness.
  • Take melatonin to maintain a balanced sleep rhythm.
  • If you want to have children, take the right nutrients such as folic acid, omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins B6 & B12, iron, iodine, etc. in a targeted manner.
  • We need vitamins, minerals and trace elements to be prepared for everyday life or training.
  • Preventive measures for allergies such as hay fever and lactose and histamine intolerance should be considered.
  • Prophylactic intake of lactobacilli (OMNi-BiOTiC) during antibiotic therapy.
  • etc.

As with humans, the health of our four-legged friends also plays an important role. The concept of animal health takes into account aspects such as good animal husbandry and sufficient exercise, good food and preventive health care. As our pets' inquisitive nature means that they explore the great outdoors, they often fall victim to parasites such as ticks or fleas. Preventative measures such as flea or tick sprays are therefore also recommended here. Dental care, intestinal and joint care and coat care play an important role in keeping your pet healthy.
