MEIN DARM 15 is suitable for acute treatment as well as for regular preventive use to maintain healthy gut flora. Your gut contains many billions of natural live bacteria that are important for metabolism and your well-being. This is also known as the human gut microbiome. If the balance of the microbiome is disrupted by external factors, such as stress, a poor diet or medication (e.g. antibiotics), your overall vitality and performance suffer.

MEIN DARM 15 during a course of antibiotics:

Antibiotics are problematic because they kill not only harmful bacteria but also the beneficial bacteria in the gut. However, once the healthy gut bacteria are destroyed, an imbalance (dysbacteriosis or dysbiosis) in the gut flora occurs, which can cause numerous problems. MEIN DARM 15 provides the gut with natural live bacterial cultures as well as inulin (fibre), magnesium and biotin to support the gut flora. When taking this alongside antibiotics, leave a gap of approximately 2 hours.

MEIN DARM 15 before and during travel:

Digestive problems whilst travelling are often an unpleasant companion that many travellers know only too well. This is due to various factors, such as unfamiliar food, jet lag or foreign bacteria to which the body is unaccustomed, all of which put a strain on our digestive system. MEIN DARM 15 optimally prepares your digestive system for stays abroad, both 1–2 weeks before your trip and whilst you’re travelling, with a wide variety of live bacterial cultures combined with the dietary fibre inulin. The ease of taking it in the form of an enteric-coated capsule makes this much simpler, especially whilst on holiday.

MEIN DARM 15 for children:

Children can also take MEIN DARM 15 provided they are able to swallow the capsule. For children, please adjust the dosage according to the child’s body weight. This means a maximum of one capsule per day.
Alternatively, you can open the capsule. Once opened, stir the contents into a glass of water and allow approximately 5 minutes for activation. Once this time has elapsed, stir the contents again before drinking.

Directions for use

Take 2 capsules daily (in the morning and/or evening) BEFORE meals (on an empty stomach) with plenty of water.
To achieve the maximum effect, daily intake is recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
