MEIN DARM 15 is suitable for acute treatment as well as for regular preventive use to maintain good intestinal flora. Your intestinal tract has many billions of natural live bacteria that are important for metabolisation and your well-being. This is also known as the human gut microbiome. If the microbiome balance is disturbed by external circumstances, such as stress, poor nutrition or medication (e.g. antibiotics), your general vitality and performance will suffer.

MY GUT 15 during antibiotic therapy:

Antibiotics are problematic because they not only kill negative bacteria, but also the positive bacteria in the gut. However, as soon as the healthy intestinal bacteria are destroyed, an imbalance (dysbacteria or dysbiosis) occurs in the intestinal flora, which can cause numerous problems. MEIN DARM 15 provides the intestines with natural live bacteria cultures as well as inulin (dietary fibre), magnesium and biotin to support the intestinal flora. Do not take antibiotics at the same time for approx. 2 hours.

MEIN DARM 15 before and while travelling:

Intestinal problems when travelling are often an unpleasant companion that many travellers know only too well. This is due to various influences, such as unfamiliar food, time changes or foreign germs that are unfamiliar to the body and put a strain on our digestive system. MEIN DARM 15 optimally prepares your digestive system 1-2 weeks before and during your trip with a wide variety of live germ cultures combined with the fibre inulin. The uncomplicated intake in an enteric-coated capsule makes this much easier, especially when on holiday.

MEIN DARM 15 for children:

Children can also take MY DARM 15 if they can swallow the capsule. For children, please adjust the dosage to the child's body weight. This means a maximum of one capsule per day.
Alternatively, you can open the capsule. When opening the capsule, you should stir the contents into a glass of water and wait for approx. 5 minutes activation time. After the time has elapsed, stir the contents again before drinking.

Directions

Take 2 capsules daily (morning and/or evening) BEFORE meals (on an empty stomach) with plenty of water.
To achieve the maximum effect, daily intake is recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
