Directions for use

• Adults, children and adolescents aged 12 and over drink one cup of the medicinal tea 3-5 times a day (unless otherwise prescribed).
• Fill the enclosed measuring spoon with tea infusion powder and pour the powder into a glass or cup.
• Then pour hot or warm water over the powder (approx. 150 ml).
• Due to the good solubility of the powder, the tea is ready to drink and the active ingredients are immediately available - without having to wait for a brewing time!
