True goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea) has held a firm place in phytotherapy for generations. As far back as the Middle Ages, this medicinal plant from the Asteraceae family was used to treat bladder and kidney conditions.
The active ingredients of this tried-and-tested medicinal plant are also contained in a highly concentrated form in the herbal medicine HEUMANN’s Bladder and Kidney Tea. Its effect is effectively complemented by the combination with birch leaves.

The birch has a long tradition as a medicinal plant. Thanks in particular to its diuretic effect, cystitis is one of the main indications for birch leaves (Betulae folium).

Directions for use
- Adults, children and adolescents aged 12 and over should drink one cup of the herbal tea 3–5 times a day (unless otherwise prescribed).
- Fill the measuring spoon provided with the herbal tea powder and pour the powder into a glass or cup.
- Then pour hot or warm water over the powder (approx. 150 ml).
- Thanks to the powder’s high solubility, the tea is ready to drink straight away and the active ingredients are immediately available – no need to wait for it to steep!

- 1 measuring spoon (= 1.2 g) of tea infusion powder contains: Concentrated extract of birch leaves (herb-to-extract ratio (DEV) 4–8 : 1) 224 mg, Extraction solvent: water. Concentrated extract of giant goldenrod (DEV 4–7 : 1) 250 mg, Extraction medium: water.
- The other ingredients are: maltodextrin, ammonia-based caramel colouring E 150c, orange flavouring, caramel flavouring, sodium saccharin 6.0 mg.
