The goji berry is the fruit of well-being. According to traditional Chinese medicine, it promotes vitality in many ways by giving the body vitality, strength and well-being. Goji berries have antioxidant and cell-protective potential due to their health-promoting ingredients such as polysaccharides, carotenoids (provitamin A), vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Goji berries also contain phosphatides, vitamins A, B1, B2, C and E, free amino acids and proteins.

Sea buckthorn berries are a tasty source of vitamins and contain vitamins A, B, C and (special) flavonoids, which are categorised as secondary plant substances. Secondary plant substances are plant food ingredients that have various health-promoting effects in the body.

Vitamins A, B6, C and D contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.
Riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), vitamin B6 and C help to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
