Father Severin's arnica root ointment is a traditional natural remedy made according to an old monastery recipe for skin care.

An intact organism is perfectly capable of regenerating bruises and minor scratches. But there is nothing to be said against supporting the body with one or two remedies: Arnica root ointment accelerates the regeneration of damaged tissue, regenerates the circulation and revitalises the body. Arnica root is also helpful for joint problems. However, internal use is not recommended as this can have dangerous effects.
