Arnica is then a valued medicinal plant due to its pain-relieving and decongestant properties. How to use
- Use in adults: Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as advised by your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. Apply doc® Arnica Ointment 3 - 5 times a day as required to the area to be treated and massage in gently.
- Use in children and adolescents: The use of doc® Arnica Ointment in persons under 18 years of age is not recommended.
