EncorMed Krillplex Plus capsules contain high-quality krill oil, rich in omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. Supports cardiovascular health, brain function and general well-being. With natural astaxanthin for antioxidant protection.

Krill oil is extracted from Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba/= tiny crabs that live in huge shoals), which feed on plant plankton. The supply is almost unlimited and the current annual catch quota is less than 1 per thousand of the stock. Krill oil must be produced with great effort and care. The oil must not be exposed to excessively high temperatures (maximum 20 degrees) during extraction so that the three components "phospholipids, astaxanthin and omega-3" are not destroyed and remain stable. Phospholipids and astaxanthin are found exclusively in krill oil (not in pure omega 3/omega 6/omega 9).

EncorMed® Krill-plex plus is obtained by cold extraction. This extraction of krill oil ensures a significantly higher bioactive property, i.e. the ingredients are characterised by their purity, high quality and effectiveness. As krill oil is composed of phospholipids, it is very digestible and does not cause a "fishy" burp.
