Directions for use
- Recommended intake: Take 1 tablet daily approx. 30 minutes before going to bed with 200 ml of water.
- Advice: Keep out of the reach of small children. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 12 years of age should only use the product after consulting a doctor.
