Dr Fischer sleep tonic plus, 200 ML

Dr Fischer sleep tonic plus is a liquid food supplement with melatonin, a plant extract of passion flower, hops, lavender and camomile as well as selected vitamins. With milk-caramel-honey flavour.

Melatonin shortens the time it takes to fall asleep:

• Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag.
• The positive effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed.
• With an intake of at least 0.5 mg melatonin on the first day of travelling shortly before going to bed and on the first days after arrival at the destination.

Pplant extract provides calming and relaxation:

• Hops and passionflower contribute to calming and thus promote restful sleep.
• Lavender helps to reduce tension

Selected vitamins:

• The vitamins thiamine (vitamin B1) and biotin (vitamin H) contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system as well as normal psychological function.
• Vitamin E helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress.

Plant extract for calming and relaxation

• Passion flower: The ingredients of this medicinal plant have a calming, antispasmodic and anxiolytic effect. Passionflower thus contributes to relaxation and restful sleep.
• Hops: Xanthohumol is an ingredient in hops that has a calming effect and therefore contributes to a relaxed sleep.
• Lavender: Lavender is said to have a wide range of effects. Among other things, it has a calming and anxiolytic effect and therefore helps to reduce tension.
• Camomile: Camomile extract has the following helpful properties: anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antispasmodic

Directions for use

• Adults and adolescents aged 16 and over: 15 ml (= 1 tablespoon) once a day approx. 30 minutes before going to bed.
• Advice: Suitable for adults and adolescents aged 16 and over!
• Note for diabetics: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) corresponds to 0.24 BE.
