Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. To achieve the positive effect, 1 mg of melatonin should be taken shortly before going to bed.

How to use

• Consume the contents of one sachet before going to bed. Place the micro-pellets directly on the tongue, allow to dissolve slowly and swallow. Please tear open the sachet in the direction of the arrow
• Advice: Children, adolescents, pregnant women and nursing mothers as well as people suffering from liver, kidney or autoimmune diseases should not consume the food supplement. People taking medication should only take melatonin after consulting a doctor or pharmacist. Melatonin should only be consumed for a short time, for a maximum of 3 weeks. As alcohol reduces the effect of melatonin on sleep, alcohol should not be consumed with melatonin. May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.
