Directions for use

• Adults: To help shorten the time it takes to fall asleep with melatonin, dissolve 1 sachet in 100 ml of water approx. 30 minutes before going to bed, stir and drink. This amount corresponds to 1.5 mg melatonin. The positive effect is achieved if 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed
• Notes: May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess. We recommend that pregnant women, nursing mothers, people taking medication or with impaired kidney function consult their doctor before taking this product. No other products containing magnesium, vitamin B6 or vitamin D should be consumed. Only take before going to bed and not before operating machinery or driving. Do not take with alcohol.
