Doppelherz system OMEGA-3 PFLANZLICH provides omega-3 fatty acids on a non-animal basis. Only capsules of plant origin are used. They are therefore ideal for anyone who wants to avoid animal products.

EPA and DHA with good bioavailability from algae oil

The omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are very well absorbed by the body. This specifically supports the compensation of supply gaps.

Algae oil, the most effective and efficient plant-based source of omega-3

Only special algae can be used as a direct vegan/non-animal source of DHA and EPA. In Doppelherz system OMEGA-3 PFLANZLICH, the valuable omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are extracted from the oil of a special microalgae (Schizochytrium sp.). The high-quality algae oil is characterised by a high content of the valuable omega-3 fatty acids DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid).

The microalgae Schizochytrium sp. is particularly rich in the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA - making it a real alternative from the sea. Due to its properties, it supports the health of those who do not want to eat fish or cannot eat it due to allergies and intolerances. The algae comes from marine regions close to the coast. It is also cultivated in algae farms. As phytoplankton, it is a key component of the diet of sea fish - which then accumulate the valuable fatty acids in their bodies.

1 g of algae oil provides as much EPA and DHA as is produced by the body from 80 ml of walnut oil.

Plant-based vitamin D3

In addition to the plant-based omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA, Doppelherz system Omega-3 PFLANZLICH also contains 10 µg of vitamin D3, the important "sun vitamin". This corresponds to a daily dose of 400 I.U. (international units).

Vitamin D, the all-rounder for health, contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, normal muscle function and the normal function of the immune system!

Directions

Take 2 capsules daily with a meal and sufficient liquid.
Note: Pregnant and breastfeeding women should take 1 capsule daily. Not suitable for children and adolescents.
