Active ingredients
- Magnesium is a vital mineral that the body cannot produce itself. It must therefore be supplied in sufficient quantities with the daily diet. Natural foods such as wholemeal cereal products, unhulled rice, nuts and seeds are particularly good sources of magnesium. Our body needs magnesium for a variety of metabolic processes. Every energy-dependent process - from the movements of the muscles to the activities of the internal organs - is ultimately dependent on the presence of magnesium. In addition, magnesium influences the distribution of other minerals in the organism and is therefore important for the correct balance of electrolytes. Magnesium is very important for the muscles and the nervous system. As a component of the skeletal system, magnesium is also important for stable, healthy bones and teeth.
Dosage form
Directions
- Take 1 capsule per day with a little liquid.
- Not suitable for children under 4 years of age.
- Note: If required, the capsules can be opened and the contents stirred into drinks, porridge or yoghurt, for example. Please do not place the capsule contents directly on the tongue, as magnesium citrate causes an unpleasant build-up of heat in the mouth.
