NeoBianacid is a product based on Poliprotect®, a plant and mineral complex that reinforces the protective action of the natural mucus on the mucous membrane. Its formulation is 100% natural, biodegradable and made from organically grown ingredients

Areas of application

NeoBianacid is suitable for the treatment of gastro-oesophageal reflux and stomach pain (painful dyspepsia) characterised by acid regurgitation, heartburn, pain, irritating cough and dysphonia.

NeoBianacid is also suitable for the treatment of heartburn, bloating and flatulence after meals. These symptoms are associated with stomach-related digestive problems (non-painful dyspepsia) and can be both recurrent and caused by overeating.

NeoBianacid can also be taken preventively in the event of mucosal irritation (e.g. when taking anti-inflammatory drugs or in the event of physical and mental stress). The product can also be taken during pregnancy, while breastfeeding and by children aged 6 and over.

Mode of action

NeoBianacid provides rapid relief by forming a barrier layer with the following effects:

• Antioxidant

This protects the mucous membrane from contact with gastric juices and irritants, which promotes the physiological healing process. NeoBianacid modulates acidity without suppressing it. This preserves the physiological functions of the stomach and intestinal flora.

How to use

Slowly dissolve the contents of one sachet in the mouth according to the following instructions:

• For occasional symptoms: 1 sachet as required.
• For the treatment of gastro-oesophageal reflux, pain and stomach-related digestive problems: 1 sachet after meals and 1 sachet before going to bed. If necessary, the product can also be taken several times a day at short intervals.
• In combination with proton pump inhibitors and H2 antagonists and when discontinuing therapy: Take the product as required or according to your doctor's instructions.

It is recommended not to take more than 8 sachets per day. The product can also be taken over a longer period of time. The product can be taken in the same dosage by children from 6 years of age.

Advice: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to one or more ingredients. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor or pharmacist. The content of glycyrrhizin from liquorice is below the limit that could cause an increase in blood pressure. For further information, please read the package leaflet.

Ingredients

• NeoBianacid is 100% natural and biodegradable with organically grown ingredients consisting of the plant and mineral complex Poliprotect®. The product contains no synthetic, semi-synthetic or genetically modified substances. No synthetic solvents or other artificial substances are used during the manufacturing process.
• One sachet of 1.55 g contains Poliprotect® (natural complex) 528 mg, consisting of polysaccharides (LPME extract of mallow* and marshmallow*; dehydrated gel from leaves of aloe vera* - 105 mg) and minerals (limestone and sodium bicarbonate 423 mg); flavonoid fraction (LPME extract of chamomile* and liquorice* - 46 mg); cane sugar*; gum arabic; natural mint flavouring. *Organically grown ingredient
• Each sachet contains 136 mg (3.4 mmol) of calcium.
• The extracts contained in the product are obtained using the exclusive LPME (Liquid-Phase Microextraction) technological extraction process developed by Aboca Research.
