- NeoBianacid forms a film with a barrier effect on the mucous membrane, protecting it from contact with gastric juice and irritating substances. NeoBianacid contains Poliprotect®, a molecular complex from Aboca research which, thanks to its mucoadhesive properties, has the same protective effect as physiological mucus.
- Poliprotect® works thanks to the synergy between the polysaccharide component (molecular weight > 20,000 daltons) and the mineral component (limestone and nahcolite).
- The action of Poliprotect® is complemented by the antioxidant properties of the flavonoid component, which counteracts irritation caused by free radicals.
Dosage form
How to use
- If required, take one tablet by slowly dissolving it in the mouth. For gastro-oesophageal reflux, it is recommended to take one tablet after the main meals and one in the evening before going to bed. For heartburn and a feeling of fullness associated with indigestion (dyspepsia), take one tablet after meals.
- In any case, the intake can be repeated several times a day if necessary, even at shorter intervals.
- Thanks to its mechanism of action, NeoBianacid can be taken together with proton pump inhibitors and H2 antagonists, as well as during breaks in treatment, after consultation with a doctor.
- The product can be taken by children from the age of 6 in the same dosage. The product can also be taken over a longer period of time.
- Advice: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to one or more ingredients. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist. It is recommended to take the product at least two hours before taking medicines, especially tetracyclines. The content of glycyrrhizin derived from liquorice is below the limit that may cause an increase in blood pressure. Follow the instructions for use carefully and seek the advice of a doctor or pharmacist if necessary.
