- Magnesium supports normal energy metabolism and the normal function of the nervous system. The mineral contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function. The human body stores between 20-30 g of magnesium. Approximately 59 % of the total magnesium content is found in bone tissue, a further 40 % in muscles and body cells and around 1 % of the mineral is found in the blood. This is why magnesium is also known as the bone and muscle mineral. The human body is dependent on receiving sufficient magnesium from food. This is because we excrete 300-400 mg of magnesium every day through sweat and urine. If the body does not have enough magnesium freely available, it is extracted from the muscles or bones, for example.
- Vitamin B6 is absorbed by the human body via the intestine and passes it on to our blood, organs and muscles. It contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and plays a role in the normal functioning of the nervous system.

How to use
- Consume the contents of one sachet daily. Gradually place the micro-pellets directly on the tongue, allow to slowly dissolve and swallow. Tear open the sachet in the direction of the arrow.
- Note: Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
