Directions for use
- Take 2 sprays daily, 30 minutes before going to bed.
- The beneficial effect on jet lag symptoms is achieved by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and on the first few days after arrival at your destination.
- Notes: Not suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding women or young people under the age of 18.
