SABE sana Melatonin Spray is a dietary supplement based on pure melatonin. Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved when you take 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

Difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep are common causes of daytime tiredness, irritability, and problems with concentration and performance. For a restful night’s sleep, a sufficiently high blood level of the neurotransmitter melatonin is required. This so-called ‘sleep hormone’ is produced in our brain and released into the bloodstream when it is dark. If you have trouble sleeping, taking extra melatonin naturally increases your readiness to fall asleep and improves the quality of your sleep. Melatonin in spray form is absorbed via the oral mucosa and takes effect particularly quickly. Our spray, with a pleasant, fruity blackcurrant flavour, is alcohol-free and contains tooth-friendly xylitol.

Spray once directly into the mouth shortly before going to bed.
Notes: Before first use, press the spray nozzle several times until a fine, even mist is released. Shake well before each use.
