Dosage form
How to use
- Separate a suppository from the strip at the point where it is perforated. Tear open the packaging by pulling it apart slightly and remove the suppository. Insert the suppository into the vagina with the narrow end first. It is recommended that you wash your hands before and after insertion for reasons of hygiene. The effect is felt within 60 minutes of use.
- WARNING: Keep away from children. Do not take the suppositories by mouth. Do not use after the expiry date or if the packaging is opened or damaged.
- Duration of use: Take one suppository per day, preferably in the evening or as directed by your doctor. The duration of use depends on the development of the condition being treated and should not exceed 30 days.
- For relief of painful intercourse - 1 suppository daily at bedtime for 2 - 3 days before planned intercourse and 1 suppository one hour before intercourse.
- To relieve the symptoms of treated vaginitis, infection or vaginal mycosis - 1 suppository 3 times a week for 30 days.
- To relieve and support the healing of atrophic or distrophic vaginal mucosa, including after radiotherapy in the pelvic area or after childbirth - 1 suppository daily at bedtime for 20 - 30 days.
- To relieve vaginal dryness, itching or discomfort caused by the menopause, birth control or chemotherapy - 1 suppository daily at bedtime for 20 - 30 days.
- To relieve vaginal dryness, itching or discomfort caused by premenstrual syndrome - 1 suppository per day at bedtime for 2-5 days before menstruation.
- To support the healing of the injured mucous membrane after operations, births, conisations, treatment of cervical inflammation, during and after radiotherapy in the pelvic area - 1 suppository daily at bedtime for 20 - 30 days.
