Dosage form
Directions for use
Before eye surgery , use twice daily for
5 days or as recommended by your doctor or
pharmacist.
In other cases, use twice daily, in the morning and evening, for 3 weeks, followed by once daily for 3 months, or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. For chronic eyelid conditions, long-term eyelid hygiene is recommended.
No special training is required to use Blephaclean.
If you wear contact lenses, remove them before using Blephaclean.
Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
- Cleaning the eyelids and eyelashes: Open the sachet and unfold the compress inside. With your eyes closed, gently press the compress against your eyelids and eyelashes. Gently remove crusts, secretions and make-up by massaging the eyelid in gentle circular movements.
- Cleaning the eyelid margin: In front of a mirror, carefully open the eyelid by gently pulling the eyelashes downwards. Gently clean the eyelid margin with a rolled-up compress.
- Repeat the process on the other eye, using a new compress.
