Biocarbon tablets are used to treat diarrhoea, especially when travelling in countries with an increased hygiene risk. Medicinal carbon is excreted naturally together with the adsorbed harmful substances.
Biocarbon® is a remedy for the intestines made from pure activated charcoal. The activated charcoal with cleansing and detoxifying properties for the digestive system is made from plant sources.

How to use
- Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, the usual dose for adults, children from 2 years of age and adolescents is 4 tablets 3 times a day.
- Method of administration: The tablets can be chewed or taken whole with a little liquid.
- Duration of use: BIOCARBON should be used until bowel movements have normalised. If there is no improvement after 3 days, you must consult a doctor.
Ingredients
- The active ingredient is: activated charcoal (medicinal activated charcoal). One tablet contains 250 mg activated charcoal.
- The other ingredients are: Maltodextrin, hydroxypropyl cellulose, povidone (K 25), iron oxide black (E172), magnesium stearate.
