Homeopathy is a regulatory therapy for acute and chronic illnesses. APOZEMA Gastritis Argentum nitricum complex No. 16 drops are a homeopathic combination remedy consisting of various individual homeopathic remedies whose medicinal pictures complement each other.
Indications
The indications are derived from the homeopathic drug pictures. The following indications are authorised for this medicinal product:
- To improve stomach complaints, heartburn and belching.
- To support the treatment of gastritis.
Properties of the ingredients
- Argentum nitricum (silver nitrate) is used to treat psychosomatic complaints of the digestive system. Restlessness, nervousness, a feeling of fullness and flatulence are part of the medicinal picture of Argentum nitricum. Strong craving for sweets, which are poorly tolerated.
- Antimonium crudum (black spit shine) is a constitutional remedy with a stomach and intestinal action. Bad temper, moroseness, reduced appetite with a feeling of hunger are part of the remedy's picture.
- Belladonna (deadly nightshade): One of the directions of action is the gastrointestinal tract. Stomach pain, tenderness and pain radiating to the back are typical symptoms.
- Bryonia (red-berried turnip) is considered a mucous membrane remedy and works in combination with other stomach remedies for inflammatory mucous membrane changes in the stomach and vomiting. Improvement by drinking, especially warm tea.
- Chamomilla (chamomile) is a constitutional remedy with one of the stomach/intestinal directions of action. Pain relief for gastritic complaints. In addition to irritable moodiness, acid regurgitation, vomiting and painful colic belong to the medicinal picture of Chamomilla.
- China (cinchona bark) has the remedy picture of exhaustion with one of the action directions stomach, intestines, liver and gall bladder.
- Lycopodium (Lycopodium) has a broad remedy picture ranging from disorders of the hepatobiliary system to digestive disorders and metabolic disorders.
- Nux vomica (nux vomica) is used as a constitutional remedy with a gastrointestinal action. The drug picture is dominated by a feeling of fullness, nausea and vomiting. Strong stomach pressure after eating.
- Phosphorus (Yellow Phosphorus) has, among other things, recovery disorders as a remedy. The cause may be a disease of the stomach. Hunger and appetite for cold food that is poorly tolerated are part of the remedy picture.
- Pulsatilla (meadow pasqueflower) is used to treat inflammation of the mucous membranes in general, including the stomach. Feeling of fullness and pressure in the stomach, especially after fatty food.

Directions for use
- Adolescents aged 12 and over and adults: 21 drops up to 4 times a day throughout the day.
- Children from 6 to 12 years: 7 drops diluted in a little water up to 3 times a day throughout the day.
- Method of administration: Oral use. Spread on the surrounding oral mucosa with the tongue or take diluted in a little water. If the symptoms improve, reduce the frequency of use.
- Duration of use: If the symptoms worsen or if there is no improvement after 7 days, consult a doctor.
