Acerbine ointment is a non-prescription medicine and is suitable for the treatment of superficial skin injuries such as burns, scalds, sunburn, wounds and abrasions.
Acerbine ointment has a disinfectant and pain-relieving effect and accelerates wound healing. It favours the removal of dead tissue from the wound surface and at the same time promotes the formation of new, healthy tissue. Thanks to its special composition, the speciality has an antiseptic effect, the water balance is maintained and the healing process is promoted in a variety of ways.
Acerbine ointment is easy to spread. The ointment base contains a low fat content and is particularly suitable for treating weeping wounds, uncovered parts of the body (e.g. face) and hairy parts of the body.
If you do not feel better or even worse after 10 days, consult your doctor.

How to use
- For use on infants, children, adolescents and adults: Apply Acerbine ointment several times a day to the wound or damaged skin.
- The duration of treatment depends on the progress of the wound healing process.
Ingredients
- The active ingredients are: DL-malic acid, salicylic acid, benzoic acid.
- 1 g contains 7.0 mg DL-malic acid, 0.5 mg benzoic acid and 0.133 mg salicylic acid.
- The other ingredients are: Propylene glycol, Xalifin and purified water.
