Directions
- Use several times a day as required. For adults and children aged 3 years and over.
- For daily preventative use: Rinse the nose twice daily by administering 1 to 2 sprays into each nostril.
- For use with a cold: 1–2 sprays into each nostril 1–4 times a day.
