Luteolin, an active ingredient of the artichoke, reduces cholesterol production. Artichoke leaves stimulate the flow of bile, which is important for the digestive process, thus activating fat digestion.
- Calcium: As an important component of bone structure, calcium contributes to the daily strengthening and maintenance of bones. It also plays an important role in activating blood clotting as well as nerve and muscle excitability.

- Take 1 tablet once a day with liquid.
- A slight laxative effect may occur.
