B vitamins can make a difference to your everyday life, especially during hectic periods when mental performance and a healthy nervous system are essential. B-Complex Plus combines the eight B vitamins in a single capsule in particularly high doses: B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B6 (pyridoxine), B12 (cobalamin), biotin, folic acid (folate), niacin and pantothenic acid (vitamin B5). They all make an important contribution to many bodily functions. For example, biotin and niacin are particularly important for healthy energy metabolism, whilst vitamins B6, B12 and folate play a role in maintaining stable homocysteine metabolism. Furthermore, pantothenic acid influences nerve impulse transmission and the regulation of hormonal activity in the body.
