LEITNER Lifecare Lithium 1 mg capsules are a product with lithium orotate - is the salt of orotic acid and the trace element lithium. 1 capsule contains 26 mg lithium orotate monohydrate corresponding to 1 mg lithium.
Lithium is slightly less common in the earth's crust than zinc, but more common than cobalt, tin and lead. Lithium salts are also commonly found in brines, the concentration can be up to one per cent. Like many organisms, plants also benefit from low doses of lithium: in sunflowers and maize, for example, a concentration of 5 mg lithium per dm³ led to growth promotion. Low concentrations of lithium also stimulated plant growth in amaranth.
[1] In lettuce, a significant increase in root growth was observed with low doses of lithium. [2] For this reason, the exact dosage is important for the well-being of the plant. The capsule dosage form with 1 mg lithium per unit ensures that each application provides the optimum amount of lithium.

- Composition: mannitol (CAS No.: 69-65-8); gelatine (capsule shell); lithium orotate monohydrate (CAS No.: 5266-20-6); magnesium stearate (CAS No.: 557-04-0).
- 1 capsule contains 0.77% water-soluble lithium (=1 mg lithium = 26 mg lithium orotate).
