- Melatonin: Melatonin is the most important key to a good and adequate night's sleep. Also known as the "sleep hormone", this messenger substance is produced in the human brain, but can also be supplied externally if necessary.
- Tryptophan: In order to produce the sleep hormone melatonin, the human organism needs the essential amino acid tryptophan. The body cannot produce this protein building block itself. A sufficient supply from outside is therefore very important.
- Vitamin B6: Vitamin B6 is primarily involved in the metabolism of amino acids and supports important functions of the nervous and immune systems. In addition to foods that are rich in vitamin B6, dietary supplements with vitamin B6 can also contribute to a good supply.

Directions for use
- Swallow 1 film-coated tablet daily with sufficient liquid shortly before going to bed.
- Advice: If you are taking medication to treat depression (e.g. monoamine oxidase inhibitors, serotonin reuptake inhibitors) Parkinson's disease (e.g. levodopa) sleep disorders or other over-the-counter sleep-promoting preparations, dormiLoges® Melatonin plus Tryptophan should only be used after consulting your doctor. Please use only before going to bed, as dormiLoges® Melatonin plus Tryptophan may impair the ability to drive or operate machinery. Do not use with alcohol. For long-term use of dormiLoges® Melatonin plus Tryptophan, we recommend consulting a doctor.
