The dolomo® tablets are a non-prescription medicine with the active ingredients: Acetylsalicylic acid, paracetamol and caffeine. Dolomo is used for acute mild to moderate pain.

Dolomo contains three active ingredients that complement or support each other in their pain-relieving effect.

If you do not feel better or even worse after 3 days, consult your doctor.

Directions for use

• Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: single dose: 1 to a maximum of 2 tablets. If necessary, the application can be repeated at intervals of 6-8 hours up to a maximum dose of 2 tablets 3 times a day. The maximum dose must not be exceeded. This depends, among other things, on the patient's body weight and must not exceed 60 mg per kg body weight in relation to the paracetamol content of Dolomo. To minimise the risk of an overdose, it should be ensured that other medicines used at the same time do not contain paracetamol.
• Children under 12 years of age: There is insufficient evidence available for the use of Dolomo in children under 12 years of age. Dolomo must therefore not be used in children under 12 years of age.
• Route of administration: Dolomo tablets should be taken whole with plenty of liquid; if necessary, they can also be dissolved in water beforehand and drunk with plenty of liquid after ingestion. Taking the tablets after meals may delay the onset of action. The last dose of the tablets should not be taken after late afternoon in order to prevent the caffeine from having a sleep-inducing effect.
• Duration of use: Dolomo must not be used for longer than 3 days and not in higher doses without a doctor's prescription. Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of Dolomo is too strong or too weak.

Ingredients

• The active ingredients are: Acetylsalicylic acid, paracetamol and caffeine. 1 tablet contains 250 mg acetysalicylic acid, 250 mg paracetamol and 50 mg caffeine.
• The other ingredients are: maize starch, hypromellose, highly dispersed silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, talc, dimethicone, polysorbate 80, sorbic acid.
