Dolomo® tablets are an over-the-counter medicine containing the active ingredients: acetylsalicylic acid, paracetamol and caffeine. Dolomo is used to treat acute mild to moderate pain.
Dolomo contains three active ingredients which complement and support each other in their pain-relieving effects.
If you do not feel any better, or if your condition worsens, after 3 days, consult your doctor.

Directions for use
- Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: Single dose: 1 to a maximum of 2 tablets. If necessary, the dose may be repeated at intervals of 6–8 hours, up to a maximum dose of 2 tablets three times a day. The maximum dose must not be exceeded. This is determined, amongst other factors, by the patient’s body weight and must not exceed 60 mg of paracetamol per kg of body weight. To reduce the risk of overdose, care should be taken to ensure that other medicines taken at the same time do not contain paracetamol.
- Children under 12 years of age: There is insufficient data available on the use of Dolomo in children under 12 years of age. Dolomo must therefore not be used in children under 12 years of age.
- Method of administration: For oral use. Dolomo tablets should be swallowed whole with plenty of liquid; if necessary, they may be dissolved in water beforehand, followed by a sufficient amount of liquid after taking them. Taking the tablets after meals may delay the onset of action. The last dose should not be taken later than the early evening to avoid the caffeine causing sleep disturbances.
- Duration of use: Dolomo must not be used for longer than 3 days or at a higher dose without a doctor’s prescription. Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you feel that the effect of Dolomo is too strong or too weak.
Ingredients
- The active ingredients are: acetylsalicylic acid, paracetamol and caffeine. 1 tablet contains 250 mg of acetylsalicylic acid, 250 mg of paracetamol and 50 mg of caffeine.
- The other ingredients are: maize starch, hypromellose, highly dispersed silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, talc, dimethicone, polysorbate 80, sorbic acid.
