doc nature’s Zechstein MAGNESIUM-SOLE Magnesium Oil is suitable as a gentle massage oil for relieving tension and treating overworked muscles, as well as for use as a bath additive, mouthwash and deodorant.

Magnesium brine is a highly saturated magnesium chloride solution (31%). Due to its high degree of saturation, it feels slightly oily when applied. If you experience a burning sensation when applying it, dilute it immediately with water. Darreichungsform

Directions for use

For massage purposes, depending on your needs and the area being treated, spray 2 to 10 pumps onto your arms/legs and rub in; before and after exercise, use it to warm up the muscles or for relaxation and recovery; as an additive to foot baths and full baths (50–100 ml for approx. 20 mins); as a warm/hot compress; and as a deodorant, apply 2–3 pumps under the armpits.
