Arnica: the herbal alternative for injuries

For blunt injuries in everyday life and during sport (sprains, bruises, strains), doc® Arnica Cream from the pharmacy can provide rapid relief. It has a decongestant, anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effect - in a completely natural way. With the high-dose active ingredients of arnica flower tincture, it is the herbal alternative or supplement to chemical painkillers.

doc® Arnica Ointment - the proven classic for minor accidents

Injuries often occur during sport, when travelling or at home, which can be caused by a misstep, twisting an ankle, a fall or accidental violence, for example from other sports participants. Arnica is then a valued medicinal plant due to its pain-relieving and decongestant properties. As it also stimulates blood circulation, some people suffering from sore muscles also swear by the gentle and effective effect of doc® Arnica.
The plant-based active ingredients from the arnica flower tincture are highly dosed and provide rapid relief. Thanks to the addition of octyldodecanol (an oil component in ointments and creams), the ingredients penetrate the skin quickly.

How to use

Use in adults: Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as advised by your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. Apply doc® Arnica Ointment 3 - 5 times a day as required to the area to be treated and massage in gently.
Use in children and adolescents: The use of doc® Arnica Ointment in persons under 18 years of age is not recommended.

Ingredients

The active ingredient is: 100 g ointment contains 21.5 g arnica tincture EP, DEV 1:10, (extractant ethanol 70 % in a ratio of 1:10)

The other ingredients are: purified water, emulsifying cetylstearyl alcohol (type A), cetylstearyl alcohol, medium-chain triglycerides, octyldodecanol, glycerol monostearate 40-55, dimethicone, trometamol, carbomer, rosemary oil, zinc oxide, alpha-tocopherol, chlorophyllin sodium (E141).
