Weleda Mercurialis perennis ointment for the treatment of poorly healing wounds. The ointment is used for wounds and eczema that tend to suppurate and heal poorly and is also recommended for breastfeeding mothers to treat inflamed nipples.

Mercurialis perennis ointment Weleda is used for wounds and eczema that tend to suppurate and heal poorly. Midwives, for example, recommend this ointment to breastfeeding mothers to treat inflamed nipples. Mercurialis perennis is characterised by its "sulphuric" note, which is effective against inflammation. It is therefore used in particular where acute to chronic inflammatory processes are present. Due to the balanced composition of medicinal plants and natural ointment base, the ointment leaves a pleasantly soft feeling on the skin.

Areas of application

To stimulate the healing processes of the skin in the case of poorly healing, superficial and deeper inflammatory processes, e.g. rhagades, fissures, wounds, boils, eczema, which also tend to suppurate.
